We are a small public accounting firm and our Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This may include: communicating with clients, managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and supporting the accounting team by handling tasks like billing, collections, and office management duties.
As office manager, you have flexibility with your schedule, which may include working fewer hours in the summer months, followed by a busier schedule during the winter months.
