Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Series 7 and/or Series 63/66
• 3 years of experience in financial services
  
  

Responsibilities

• Client service needs: money movement, account opening, financial reporting, presentation preparation, relationship management.
• Team Coordination responsibilities: managing a CRM, Team Worklist, being prepared for short daily checkup meetings and weekly team review meetings.
• Technical capabilities: CRM software, Client account management software, excel, word document writing, trading platform, financial planning software, external investment vendor websites, etc.
• Communication Skills: Strong professional written and oral skills are required, effective listening and note taking, recorded history of client calls, requests and updates.
• Math Skills: Strong capability to regularly convert percentages and dollar amounts, consistent accuracy, clear communication to avoid mistakes and detailed reporting of money movements or account management.
• Must maintain a line of communication with multiple parties to meet deadlines, design processes for each client need and document progress for all stakeholders.
