We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid in Phoenix, AZ.
This role is part of the Integrated Content Marketing team, which brings thought leadership insights and campaigns to life through inventive, relevant and multi-channel content experiences. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing content and campaign performance data across multiple channels, gleaning insights from those results, developing reports and decks, and providing recommendations for optimization. Additionally, this role may perform administrative tasks such as maintaining plans and project management schedules.
Part-time, 20 hours/week

Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret data from various channels including email, web and social platforms
- Analyze the collected data to glean insights and convert it into clear and digestible reports and presentations (PowerPoint) for individual content pieces, campaigns and quarterly/yearly content performance reviews
- Provide recommendations to optimize content performance across channels
- Present findings to team members
- Maintain records in Airtable and Sprinklr
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in the following (or similar) platforms:
- Google Analytics
- PowerBI
- Sprinklr
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Airtable
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Office – Excel (Embedded formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.) and PowerPoint
- Data analytics experience at B2B and/or tech companies preferred
