We are seeking a Real Estate Services Administrator on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities
- Sitting at front desk answering tenant complaint calls
- Entering in work orders
- Coordinate to receive updates on progress to fix problem
- Certificates of Insurance verification for outside vendors
- 5 years of experience
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Positive attitude and good customer service skills
- Ability to follow up
- Good computer skills
- Property management experience is nice to have
