A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Sales Associate to help support their business needs. This role is hybrid in Warren, MI.

- Complete RFQ’s for Indirect and Direct sales
- Complete Packaging Shopping Cart for Awards
- Ship direct parts - work with supplier for order details and timing.
- Spot buys Request - work with buyer to get PO issued to supplier
- Track orders shipped / invoice indirect customers manually through IMS.
- Enter indirect customer orders in IMS
- Invoice indirect customers in IMS
- Document lost or cancelled quotes in data base
- Generate Quote reports from the GAMP database.
- Provide Weights / dimensions to customers from IMS system
- Track status of Indirect sales – IMS OSMENU -DOS1S03
- Work with CCA Supply Chain and Logistics to track shipments
- Research and resolve shipment shortages with CCA Plant Operations
- Process credits when needed through IMS system. Work with finance for approvals.
- Provide ETA’s to customers for Indirect Sales and Parts Work Bench Plus orders when requested
- Research and resolve billing errors with Finance and Accounting
- Research delinquent customer invoices for Finance and Accounting
- Work hot issues as needed
- Review purchase orders monthly or as need basis
- Enter production and VIP orders. Production orders monthly. VIP orders – as needed
- Weekly status meetings: Material management, Alignment touchpoint meeting, concern status meeting.
- Monitor and track shipments through IMS and plants / plant liaison.
- Work with CCA Plant Operations / Supply Chain / New Model Availability Coordinator as needed to resolve issues
- Update OneDrive with order and tracking information
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, manager is open to considering equivalent experience if candidate does not have a degree
- 3-5 years of experience
- Familiarity with IMS systems
- Good at working within systems – one drive, using Macros to pull data and info, access database experience.
