Our Customer is seeking a Senior Consumer Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in Burbank, CA.
In this role, you will spearhead creative development and marketing processes within the Mobile Gaming Division. You must have expertise in user acquisition creative development as well as testing and an understanding of mobile best practices. You will partner with creative services to oversee day-to-day management of external creative agency partners and help manage the overall process of ideation, development, testing, and execution of global campaign distribution in partnership with the Growth Marketing teams. While impeccable project management skills sit at the core of this role, this individual will also need to contribute at the strategic creative level to drive all marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Mobile Product Marketing Managers to manage global marketing strategies, including digital ads, trailers, visual identity, packaging, trade and media integrations, events, social media, and CRM activities.
- Champion creative projects with external agency partners, aligning on product creative strategies and ensuring all communication materials are strategically targeted and cohesive.
- Drive project management pipelines to maintain schedules, manage budgets, and oversee the traffics/approvals process.
- Lead creative briefings and attend reviews, offering constructive feedback and direction to ensure alignment with the marketing strategy.
- Day-to-day oversight of external creative agencies, fostering strong, productive relationships.
- Research and build on best practices – UA learnings, paid media KPI’s, competitive landscape, brand partner input such as first party.
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in user acquisition, marketing, creative agency account management, or a related role within the video game industry.
- Demonstrated project management prowess with a keen ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing external creative agencies and a proven ability to lead in a strategic creative capacity.
- Deep passion for gaming with a robust understanding of mobile gaming trends and consumer behaviors.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, capable of nurturing and growing partnerships and team dynamics.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and exceedingly organized.
- Comfortable navigating the demands of a fast-paced, evolving work environment
