We are seeking a Service Billing Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities
- Tracks, analyzes, investigates and resolves service billings and inquiries in relation to contract.
- Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure contract terms and goals are aligned with customer’s and company’s needs.
- Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
- Specialized knowledge of specific work processes or area.
- Provides analytical work to assigned area.
- Advanced knowledge of a specific field, and applies this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area.
- Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information.
- Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions.
- Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Experience with contract management and billing processes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Outstanding customer orientation and service focus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
