Key Responsibilities
- Studio & Staff Organization: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the studio is running smoothly, and that staff are well-coordinated. Maintain clear and consistent communication across all team members.
- Project Management: Take ownership of project timelines, coordination, and execution. Ensure all details are meticulously planned and handled from inception to completion.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a seamless experience with the studio.
- Designer Liaison: Collaborate closely with designers to ensure their needs are met and design plans are carried out efficiently.
- Budgeting & Invoicing: Manage event and project budgets, including analysis, tracking, follow-up, and invoicing to ensure financial goals are met.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Oversee the purchasing and management of floral inventory, materials, and supplies, ensuring stock is maintained and orders are fulfilled timely.
- Calendars & Appointments: Maintain and manage event and studio calendars, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
- Accounting & HR Liaison: Coordinate with accounting and HR teams on related matters, such as payroll, expenses, and other administrative tasks.
- Business Development: Actively pursue opportunities to grow the studio's client base, expand our event offerings, and increase brand visibility.
- Studio Culture: Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the studio and for clients and visitors. Be an ambassador of joy, beauty, and creativity in all interactions.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Passion for flowers and the floral industry (prior knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and client expectations
