About the Role
We're seeking a Sr. Integration Engineer to join a collaborative, innovative, and remote-first team. This role is key to bridging the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless data integration solutions that drive insights and decision-making across the organization.
You'll lead end-to-end integration efforts - from engaging stakeholders to understanding business needs, to translating those into technical requirements, all the way through to implementation. This is more than a typical ETL/data migration role; it requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and deep technical know-how.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document integration requirements
Partner with developers and technical teams to create data mapping documentation and solution plans
Deliver end-to-end integration and data flow solutions - from concept to deployment
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business needs
Work within an evolving data and integration ecosystem including SQL, SOQL, Snowflake, MuleSoft, and Kafka
Champion best practices, continuous improvement, and innovation in integration approaches
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Integration Engineer working on complex data projects
Strong knowledge of SQL and SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake is a strong plus
Experience with MuleSoft, Kafka, or other modern integration tools preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills - capable of working with both business and technical stakeholders
Ability to independently manage projects, problem-solve, and drive innovative solutions
