Director of AI and Innovation

We are seeking a Director of AI and Innovation to lead digital transformation efforts through AI, automation, and emerging technologies. This role will drive the integration of AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and create new business opportunities.
Position OverviewAs a key leadership role, the Director of AI and Innovation will collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to identify and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to business needs. This position will focus on:
- Leveraging AI and technology to enhance collaboration across departments and teams.
- Optimizing operations and decision-making through AI, technology, and data analytics.
- Expanding property automation and improving building efficiency using AI.
- Driving measurable business improvements through AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Innovation:
- Develop and execute a strategic AI and innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Business Unit Leaders to identify AI-driven opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and their impact on commercial real estate.
- Foster a culture of innovation, bridging technology, operations, and business teams.
AI & Technology Implementation:
- Lead the deployment of AI solutions, including predictive analytics, smart building technologies, and intelligent automation.
- Oversee the development of AI tools that improve collaboration across teams.
- Work closely with internal IT teams to align AI initiatives with existing infrastructure.
- Manage external AI vendors and consultants to implement solutions effectively.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance.
- Drive AI literacy and training programs to empower employees with digital skills.
- Monitor and optimize AI performance for maximum business impact.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and software development.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI capabilities into ROI-driven solutions.
