The Moments of Lakeville is seeking an Outreach and Marketing Coordinator (Coordinator) to help us grow the newly expanded Lakeville Campus.
- The Community Outreach Coordinator is primarily responsible for sourcing, establishing, and maintaining relationships with resident referral sources and prospective residents. The position is responsible for providing outreach and education regarding The Moments services to potential residents and referral sources and bringing new residents into the community. This role is one that wills have the coordinator perform their job both inside the community working with potential resident families and residents as well outside the community growing referral relationships
- Develop new referral sources by planning and organizing schedule to call on potential referral outlets and other sources of prospective residents
- Meets with prospective residents in their homes, or community settings to discuss The Moments services, options, move in process
- Assists The Moments Marketing Team and Managers in processing and move in of new residents
- Communicates with community leadership team.Keeps management informed by updating systems, submitting sales activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Develops “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluates their effectiveness
- Assist with developing strategies to attract new resident candidates
- Collaborates closely with leadership team to ensure prospective residents complete process
- Other duties as assign
- Understanding of Assisted Living and Minnesota regulations and requirements
- Proven relationships with assisted living facilities, senior centers, etc
- Senior Living Sales Experience preferred
- Customer serviced focused
- Customer retention: 2-3 years
- Customer service: 3-5 years
- Direct sales: 2 years
- Senior Living: 2 years
- Must complete criminal background check from Department of Human Services
- Must be screened for TB
Salary: from $65,000 experience based
