Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in compliance with food safety standards.
- Support menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and popular dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Participate in catering events as needed, assisting with setup and service.
- Help train new team members on kitchen procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
