We are a fast-growing promotional product company looking for a smart, dynamic person to join our fun and exciting team!
We need a full-time customer service/inside sales rep. They must be comfortable reaching out to potential customers who have contacted us for a quote (NO COLD CALLING), have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as great interpersonal skills, and be a self-starter. The ability to multitask and stay organized is critical, as you will be helping several customers at different stages of the ordering process. Must be capable of responding to questions, improving engagement with the customer and providing outstanding customer service. As well as be creative, able to work as part of our supportive, established sales team sharing ideas and helping to reach monthly team goals.
Duties include: Contacting potential new customers assisting customers to define their project needs. Organizing aspects of projects: developing cost estimates, art design, payments, production, and shipping.
