We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and restaurant policies at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to efficiently serve multiple tables.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for effective customer service.
