Back up : DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF, PART-TIME AFTER SCHOOL HOURS, as needed.

After school care needed for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2 : 30-5 : 30pm? Care includes the ability to assist with food prep, toileting, playing games such as UNO, going on walks and listening to music such as Taylor Swift! Must be comfortable with 2 dogs and, at times, transportation. Pay is $16 per hour plus $14 / hr. paid via check = $30 per hour bi-weekly and mileage available at $0.50 per mile when transporting to activities.
The position requires a high school diploma. One year of experience and / or college education is preferred, training will be available for candidates meeting other criteria. The ability to maintain confidentiality and provide timely and accurate documentation is also required.
Key Qualifications :
Enjoy working with and assisting people with daily tasks
Prior work or personal experience with developmentally disabled individuals
Access to reliable transportation and adequate car insurance
Ability to work together with clients to complete organizational tasks
Ability to carry out individual service goals and communication goals
Duties and Responsibilities (beyond what is outlined in the job descriptions) :
Transportation and support during community activities.
Documentation of services. Strong written communication skills.
