What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT/FT Female DSP position at The Moore Center?
Looking for direct support professionals to support 32yo. Female who lives independently in her home with 24/7 staff support.
The current hours are Saturday 12-10 and Sunday 8 or 9 to 4. There may be an opportunity for additional evenings.
She has a wonderful sense of humor, loves to laugh and enjoy doing things in the community, takes pride in her appearance, and enjoys shopping and watching movies to unwind from her busy days.
This position requires transportation of the individual to and from her work as well as medical appointments and activities scheduled for the day.
Supporting the individual to make healthy life choices is important in all aspects of her life.
Due to the nature of support for this individual some personal care assistance is needed at times, and she would prefer female staff because of this.
Experience with Brain Injury, is plus.
Rate of pay:
$21.00 7am-11pm – Awake hours
$17.00 11pm-7am – Asleep hours
Job type: FT/PT or per-diem
Weekend Availability is a must!!
Overnight availability is also a plus
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
