Essential Functions

• Prepare post judgment documents in accordance with client and firm policies and procedure
• Request documentation from clients and courts or vendors
• Prepare assorted legal filings for state and federal courts
• File and follow up on court filings
• Communicate with staff and outside parties
• Accurately enter data into internal systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience with post- judgment enforcement
• Proficient in MS office applications with advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong work ethic (work performance and attendance)
• Must be accurate as well as efficient
• Must be able to work with minimal guidance to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks
• Experience working in a high volume legal environment a plus
• Excellent verbal, written and organization skills
• Must possess motivation and drive to complete all assigned tasks by set deadlines.
