Residential House Cleaner

The Mop and Broom is seeking energetic, positive team players with a desire to learn and provide exceptional cleanings and customer service for our clients. Prior RESIDENTIAL cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

We are look for passionate cleaners and provide schedule flexibility as well as industry leading pay every Friday. Weekends are optional. Our team deals with all the administrative work and all customer service aspects so you can save time and just focus on providing quality work. We also provide bonuses and incentives as well!

Training period:

All new cleaners start in training. Depending on experience level and rate of learning, training period will be from 3 days to 2 weeks.
We offer paid on-the-job training at $15/hour. During training, there will be no drive time and mileage reimbursement. You will still receive tips. We are investing in you and our goal to is to be 100% confident in your skills to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
Full time or part time offer will be extended if you pass training.

• Previous experience as a house cleaner is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
• Manage laundry and other household chores as required, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols while working in clients' homes.
