Job Summary

Must have either: CapCut experience or Adobe experience making videos :)

This position will include creating/editing/positing of video and picture media such as:

Social media management and posting.

Creating ad/commercial videos/posts.

Upkeep on our branding on all platforms.

Paper marketing materials

Writing and posting blogs

Creative brainstorming and plan with strategy

Making phone calls to new clients/vendors/affiliates/tenants

Listing new listings on the new website

……and much more (in a good way)

We will reimburse you for miles and gas for using your personal car for work purposes (this does not include driving to and from work), at the state-recommended rate amount.

We are seeking a happy and creative Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and market trends to effectively reach our target audience. The Marketer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with consumers across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Create engaging content for various channels including print advertising, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals

Qualifications

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies and performance marketing principles.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools for tracking campaign success.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in content creation and design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
