High Point Design LLC, a leading design house located in midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Chargeback Specialist to join our team. Candidates should be proactive, engaging, and responsible with strong follow up skills. Candidates must have past experience in working with chargebacks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage chargebacks for the company by determining their validity, identifying the root cause of them, and implementing a plan to prevent them in the future
- Communicate and follow up with different areas of the company (sales, operations, warehousing) in regards to “managing” chargebacks
- Identify reoccurring violations and work with the necessary parties to reduce or eliminate them
- Prepare regular reports with comments
- Clarify customer claims
- Assist with other projects related to chargebacks as needed
Qualifications:
- 4 years’ experience in chargebacks
- Experience with an apparel or accessories manufacturing company preferred
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Able to work well in a team or individually
- Strong Communications (both written and verbal) & follow up customer service skills is a must
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
