What are the responsibilities and job description for the Costing Coordinator - HPD - ONSITE ROLE position at The Moret Group?
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Request and maintain costing for all products.
· Compile & Maintain Product Costing for Each Season.
· Prepare cost sheets for all accounts to review and work with management to then return to sales team.
· Keep line sheets up to date with pricing and MOQ (minimum order quantity).
· Create and maintain pricing library by factory.
· Create & Maintain Pricing Library.
· Maintain pricing files by factory and account up to date.
· Calculate Margins, Sell Price and Percentages to work with management for our sales team’s use.
· Maintain our AMT System up to date once pricing has been finalized.
· Work with manager to negotiate prices with factories
· Communicate with overseas factories on pricing and review pricing issues as needed to provide Production VP complete details.
· Communicate with Sales Team on any pricing needs.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
· Proficient with excel spreadsheets and ability to work on several projects with different deadlines.
· Good computer & math skills a must.
· Good reading and writing skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
· Product costing experience a plus.
