**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our warehouse team at The Moret Group. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Audit, tag, load, and unload trucks with accuracy.
- Manage day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment.
- Provide support to all departments on various tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 5:00am - 1:30pm (1st shift)
Sunday: Flexible hours (as needed)
Monday to Friday: 1:30pm - 10:00pm (2nd shift)
Sunday: Flexible hours (as needed)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
