The Morrison Communities offers flexible scheduling including a 4-Day Work Week rotation! During a 4-Day Work Week, qualifying employees work 32-hours and receive an additional 8-hours of equivalent pay! We want you to be a part of something that matters at The Morrison Communities! The Morrison Nursing Home is looking for energetic and caring Life Enrichment Aides. A Life Enrichment Aide works under the direction of the Life Enrichment Manager. This position is full-time, including a weekend and holiday rotation.
- Life Enrichment Aides start at $15.00, plus a weekend shift differential.
Our community is dedicated to helping people live their best lives, utilizing a team approach. We offer a home like environment, where you will be an essential part of our residents’ daily lives, bringing stimulating, resident centered activities tailored to their abilities. Life Enrichment Aides assist the Activities Director in planning a full, meaningful program that meets the desires and needs of each resident.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. The ideal candidate will possess a love of working with the elderly, excellent judgement skills, reliability, integrity and the ability to work well in a team.
