What We're Looking For:


Are you an organized and creative professional who thrives on coordinating impactful events and fostering community engagement? We're seeking an Events Coordinator who is skilled in planning, logistics, and communication. In this role, you'll take the lead in organizing a variety of events, from membership meetings to signature annual gatherings, while supporting key committees and chapters. Your ability to juggle details, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure every event runs smoothly will be essential. If you're passionate about creating memorable experiences and have a knack for logistics and communication, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


What Your Day Looks Like:

Event Coordination:

  • Propose and develop meeting themes, detailed agendas, and scripts for emcees.
  • Design PowerPoint presentations with graphics and video content as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics, including staging, audiovisual setup, décor, and catering.
  • Arrange speaker participation and inspect and book meeting venues.
  • Oversee event registration and communicate event details to all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for documenting events by taking photos, gathering quotes, videos, or any other forms.
  • Develop and adhere to event budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Write promotional materials and collaborate with the communications team to promote events before and after.
  • Set up and manage Zoom webinars and hybrid meeting options.

TCore Events You'll Manage:

  • Inaugural & Awards (January), Annual Meeting & Election (September).
  • General membership meetings and other events as needed.

Events You'll Support:

  • RPAC Major Investor Reception, Pinnacle Awards, Leadership Graduation, Political Soirée, Commercial Summit, and more.

hCommittee & Chapter Support:

  • Young Professionals Network (YPN): Coordinate networking events, manage sponsorships, and oversee social media pages and email lists.
  • Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR): Support event logistics, report updates, and ensure WCR events are promoted and scheduled.

Required Skills:

  • Proven event planning experience, including logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Zoom webinar and hybrid meeting platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in community engagement or committee support.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or REALTOR® associations.
  • Familiarity with social media management and event promotion strategies.
  • Experience in nonprofit or membership-based organizations.
