We’re looking for a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our mortgage business by managing marketing efforts, organizing administrative tasks, and helping expand our referral network. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating content, staying organized, and being a key part of a growing mortgage team.
Marketing Tasks :
- Research and connect with potential referral partners to expand our network
- Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, CPAs, financial advisors, and other potential referral partners to generate leads and business opportunities
- Manage social media accounts (posting, engagement, and analytics)
- Collaborate with Marketing Dept to create marketing materials (flyers, presentations, email campaigns)
- Assist in planning and coordinating networking events, open houses and webinars to showcase our services and establish connections with referral partners.
- Manage client and referral partner gifting programs
- Maintain and update the CRM for lead tracking and follow-ups
