JO# 30187 – Legal Assistant : Corporate Transaction – A well-established Scottsdale law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant to support its Corporate Practice Group. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of corporate and transactional experience, particularly with Arizona Corporation Commission, Maricopa County Recorder, and Delaware, California, and Nevada filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, format, and proofread corporate filings, letters, memos, and legal documents.
- Manage conflict checks and open/close new matters.
- Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
- Handle billing tasks, including sending statements and collections.
- Provide administrative support, including document organization and client correspondence.
- Assist with various projects as needed by attorneys or office management.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate and transactional law support.
- Strong knowledge of corporate filing systems in AZ, CA, NV, and DE.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $68,000–$70,000 annually, DOE.
