- You are not required to report into a Mosaic office; however, there is significant travel to client locations across North America required for this role.
- Geographic flexibility : This position is open to candidates residing anywhere in the US, but we have preference in Pacific Standard Time Zone.
Position Overview
The Grid Operations Industry Expert supports advanced training for Electric System Operations. The position is involved in front-end analysis, reviewing and consulting on as-is job responsibilities, ensuring on-the-job performance, designing work processes, and developing recommendations to improve performance through training. The position supports the design and development of training and evaluations for customers alongside Instructional Designers. The Grid Operations Industry Expert works in an advisory role for our customers and internal team members to provide Grid Operations expertise and related business process and industry domain knowledge to support projects in collaboration with our clients.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Mosaic strives to set salaries at, or near the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the range and it is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range for the position. A reasonable estimate for this position is $150,000.00 to $190,000.00. This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program of up to 8% of annual compensation. The bonus program is dependent on a variety of factors including organizational and individual performance.
