This is an entry level non exempt position based in Minnesota.
Hybrid work model, two days a week in our Minnetonka office for training and team collaboration.
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These may include education, work experience and certifications.
The Role
We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to support our Sales Teams working with Target and the brands (vendors) we represent. The role will assist our Account Managers with pre- and post-sales tasks between our vendors and Target. The Associate Account Manager will utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, inventory management, and operations to drive the performance of strategic partners at Target. The ideal candidate must be a confident, motivated individual with great organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Accomplish
- Item setup and management for Target
- Create detailed in store retail comparison reports at Target and other retailers for our clients
- Pull weekly sales and inventory reports for both Target and our clients
- Coordinate samples between our clients and Target
- Enter data on Target and our clients forms and templates
- Follow-up emails and/or calls
- Track purchase orders – ship/arrival dates
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- You will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers (vendors) at Target
- You can operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility of achieving business objectives
- In this role you will be focused on the execution and operational aspects of critical work involved for Target vendors
- You have strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
