What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealership Lot Supervisor position at The Motor Mall?
The Motor Mall is seeking a Full -Time Lot Manager. This position is temporary with the potential for the right candidate to stay on permanently!
The ideal candidate will have an assertive attitude towards ensuring all responsibilities are met and a team player with staff, both supervisor and peer.
Lot Manager reports directly to the General Manager, and responsibilities include:
- Responsibly driving vehicles on and off lot, coordinating vehicles as visually pleasing on the lot, running errands
- Tracking vehicle location, whether on lot or at repair/detail shop
- Bringing any concerns, issues or questions to General Manager in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean, functional & organized lot
- Keeping vehicles fueled & clean
- Logging and preparing vehicles for inventory and sale
- Upkeep on dealership inventory (i.e. sale signs, key tags, floor mats. etc.)
- Keeping the shop clean & functional for all staff (i.e. garbage disposal, bathroom upkeep, water bottle stock, etc.)
Detail experience preferred.
Pay is hourly and based on experience.

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
