RV Collision, Paint and Body Manager

Job Overview
The Motorcoach Store is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our RV collision, paint & body department. The ideal candidate will possess strong RV knowledge, estimating and insurance claim management. Ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to lead by example and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction with all services rendered.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, including auto glass and auto body repair.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in vehicle maintenance is essential.
• Experience working in a dealership setting is a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
