Marketing Coordinator – The Mottola Group, Compass Real Estate
Position: Full-time, Monday – Friday Location: Greenville, Delaware Salary Range: $51,000 to $69,000 Benefits: Optional employee benefits
The ideal candidate will coordinate all areas of marketing and lead generation for our well-established and growing real estate group. They will be comfortable maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skill set that enables them to brainstorm new ideas. The successful candidate will work with the leadership team and our brokerage marketing team to launch and implement new concepts to ensure successful implementation representative of our brands.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create and post daily marketing messages to our social media platforms.
- Expand the social media platforms currently represented and ensure our group is using them most effectively by using metrics, as well as staying current in social media real estate trends.
- Manage interaction with the Mottola Group website developer to enhance the website, understand and communicate performance metrics, and implement small approved changes for expediency.
- Educate agents to maximize the effectiveness of their social media content.
- Manage print advertising, determining the best use of the print budget for desired exposure.
- Create and execute new print and digital brochures for segmented markets.
- Work with the broker design team to ensure our group listing, CMA, and marketing presentations are customized, current, and varied.
- Manage other out-of-home/signage media to determine the best exposure.
- Coordinate and schedule the best content for newsletters and other email marketing campaigns using our CRM.
- Manage direct mail/postcard campaigns, determine content, create new template designs, and collaborate with the admin team for execution.
- Work with business and marketing directors to manage and analyze the best lead generation programs, ensuring cost-effective lead distribution.
- Work with leadership to ensure the best implementation of sponsorship assets and consistent brand representation for group and agent sponsorship events.
- Track marketing expenses versus budget, report quarterly, and collaborate with leadership to develop annual plans.
- Promote group events and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications of the successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a marketing-related field; proven working experience in digital marketing preferred.
- Knowledge of traditional marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; writing samples preferred.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office & Google Suite.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Canva preferred, samples may be requested.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to “self-start” with minimal direction.
- Some knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to be present in the Wilmington, Delaware office; in-office presence is expected most, if not all, days of the week.
- Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
- While this is a recent college graduate-level position, the successful candidate should express interest in making at least a two-year commitment to gaining a base of diverse marketing experience.
