The Bealeton Campus Technical Producer will prepare, execute, and maintain the vision and values of The Mount’s Creative Arts and Technical Teams at the Bealeton Campus. This role requires the ability to execute, processes and maintain The Mount’s standard level of excellence for our Sunday morning worship experieces via a portable/set-up and teardown system as well as build and lead volunteers. This individual must possess spiritual maturity, leadership, a willingness to learn, technical experience and be highly organized and administrative.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- A passion for ministry at the local level, looking to reach their community and finding out how to leverage audio video and lighting systems to best foster and support a connection to Jesus.
- In-depth technical knowledge of portable/set-up-and-tear-down AVL systems and how to operate them.
- Ability to efficiently and safely set up and tear down portable AVL equipment and infrastructure in a timely and consistent manner and train volunteers to be able to do the same.
- High organizational skills to maintain a professional and efficient process and environment within a portable campus
- Ability to lead volunteers confidently as well as reflect and maintain the culture of The Mount.
- Able to work well with deadlines as well the pressure of a live production environment.
- Desires to provide exceptional experiences to ministry leaders and volunteers.

Responsibilities
- Execute the programming for the weekend worship experience at the Bealeton Campus by helping prepare and lead teams during week night rehearsals and Sunday morning services.
- Setting up and tearing down the portable systems every Sunday in a manner that is safe, efficient, and replicatable by volunteers and staff.
- Maintain gear quality/safety by assuring the proper and secure putting away of gear and equipment after Sunday mornings/events
- Lead and assist in the training of local volunteers as well as scheduling teams via planning center.
- Find creative/intuitive ways to make the set-up and tear-down process more efficient over time.
- Work with Technical Director and Technical Coordinator on weekly assignments and plans for rehearsals and Sunday services.
- Work closely and communicate consistently with the Campus Pastor on the plans and execution of the Sunday morning services by walking through order of service as well as important content and events within service.
- Help prepare audio, video, and lighting systems for Sunday services via creating and mixing audio show files, time-coding and programming lights, as well as building and adjusting Pro-Presenter playlists to match the needs and projection methods of the campus.
- Maintain The Mount’s standard of excellence by identifying and correcting issues and inconsistencies on both Sunday morning and rehearsal nights.
- Continue to develop skill sets in AVL systems to more effectively and independently support the campus.
- Communicate and respond in effective and timely manners with Central Campus on changes, issues, and other important information.
- Work closely with campus Worship Leader during rehearsals and worship services to identify, communicate, and correct any issues.
Employee Status
- This position is on a contracted basis.
- Around 10 hours per week
- Hours are to be used for setting up and running rehearsals during the week and worship services on Sunday at the Bealeton Campus.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
