- Versatile and Flexible With Changes - You are always furthering your education in dance through online material, training, classes and workshops so that you can bring new and exciting themes and elements to your classes. You are not afraid to try something new or dance outside of your comfort zone, and you’ve trained in multiple styles to support your employment with us. You’re excited and challenged by changing it up sometimes and teaching different or more classes with new seasons.
- Confident and in Command - You’ve got it. You can handle any unprecedented situation thrown at you when it comes to working with kids. The kids are loud and have lots of energy today? You’ve got a trick for that. Bathroom accident? You don’t panic, you can handle that. Low energy from your dancers today? No worries, you got the magic for that. You love to tell your managers how you conquered an issue!
