Job Summary
The Mulberry at Waverly is seeking a CNA (Bath Aide). Part Time or Full Time is Available. Responsibilities and Duties (Bath Aide)
Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan- Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes. Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion. This position works in the Bath House assisting residents and patients with scheduled bathing and / or showering. It is the Bath Aide's role to prep and retrieve the patients from their room and return them to their room when finished. This person needs to be highly detail oriented, task driven and organized. Staying on schedule is a must. Other duties include skin checks and weights, as well as being pulled to the floor as a CNA when needed. A regular schedule is 8-hour shifts, every other weekend required.
Qualifications and Skills (Bath Aide)
We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills : - Current certification in the state of Nebraska- Professional enthusiastic attitude- Strong communication skills- Self-motivated- Shows initiative in daily work.
