Our client is in search of a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team at Asensus Surgical.

The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager drives the creation, management, and optimization of compelling digital content that supports our mission of advancing Performance-Guided Surgery. This role will play a key part in shaping our digital presence, ensuring consistency in messaging, and engaging key audiences, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and industry stakeholders.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a digital content strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage the creation of high-quality content, including photography, videography, website pages, blog posts, case studies, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the develop of multimedia assets to support product education and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets business and commercial team needs.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure brand voice, style, and messaging consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed for content production.
  • All other duties as directed.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience in digital content creation, strategy, and management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences
  • Strong grasp of graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content production.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance and making informed recommendations.


Technical Skills

  • Photography & Videography: ability to conceptualize , shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for multiple platforms, including web, social media, and events. Experience in lighting, composition, and post-production.
  • Hands-on Production & Direction: comfortable managing all aspects of video and photo shoots, including scripting, directing, setting up lighting and audio, and post-production editing.
  • Storytelling Through Visual Media: skilled at crafting compelling narratives through video and photography, ensuring alignment with Asensus' brand messaging and audience engagement goals.
  • Email marketing campaigns and A/B testing subject lines, messaging, and design.
  • CMS platform experience (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and marketing automation software.
