The Mullings Group Companies is looking for an Executive Assistant to support multiple C-Level Executives within the firm. In this role, you will provide executive-level communications externally to clients and internally to the team, acting as a liaison across the organization for the C-Suite. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks, to include:
- calendar management and scheduling
- arranging travel, domestic and international
- preparing meetings and execution of deliverables
- coordinating logistics for on-site visitors
- creation and deployment of contracts
- tracking business development pipelines
- assisting with daily operations

This role requires a high sense of ownership and decision-making, with the ability to optimally run priorities, make timely decisions, and exercise discretion and confidentiality with critical company information. You should be an excellent communicator, proactive, naturally resourceful with the ability to solve problems, and highly organized.

This position is in-office 5 days per week at our headquarters in Delray Beach, FL (this is not a hybrid or remote position). Proficiency with standard office software platforms is a must (Microsoft, Google Suite, Zoom, Teams, MacOS, etc.). Familiarity with Apple products is a plus, but not required (Mac, iPad, iPhone). Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree.
