Key Responsibilities
- Administer all benefit programs, including health/dental/vision, life insurance, sick leave donation, AFLAC, Metlaw, COBRA, Worker's Compensation, and 401k for Tribe and Independent Agencies.
- Distribute benefits enrollment materials and determine employee eligibility.
- Coordinate with Training Specialists on new hire onboarding benefit enrollment.
