About the Job:
We are seeking a qualified Head Start Preschool Education Professional to provide support across various classrooms with the Head Start Preschool Center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a positive impact in the lives of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers with daily activities, maintain classroom safety, and ensure children's needs are met;
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, foster a nurturing and caring attitude towards children, and provide constant supervision;
- Implement classroom activities, adapt the classroom environment and curriculum to meet individual needs, and maintain current and accurate records;
- Support the social and emotional development of children, integrate special needs children positively, and assist teachers with administrative tasks;
- Participate in ongoing recruitment, attend mandatory training, and adhere to guidelines set in Muscogee (Creek) Nation Policy and Procedures;
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager and Center Supervisor related to program philosophy.
