About the Role
This Benefits Specialist position plays a critical role in the administration of all benefit programs at The Muscogee Nation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for distributing benefits enrollment materials, determining eligibility, and coordinating with Training Specialists on new hire onboarding benefit enrollment.
You will also be responsible for enrolling employees with carriers, processing life status changes, and assisting with the open enrollment process.
