Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Head Start Teacher Aide Floater. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with daily activities and maintain classroom safety.
- Assist with parent/teacher conferences and home visits.
- Help implement classroom activities and develop culturally appropriate lesson plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Document and report suspected child abuse, neglect, etc.
- Attend ongoing training and education sessions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children 0-5 years, ideally in a Head Start Preschool Program.
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
