The Musubi Truck is looking for a Cook to join our upbeat and positive team. We Have three locations; Kapaa, Kalapaki and Koloa!
Our ideal candidate is ambitious, reliable, honest, and a self-starter. We are looking for a team member who is punctual and finds genuine pride in what they do and how it affects others. We aim to heighten our work environment where everyone works well together and feels their best!
Responsibilities
- Set up workstations, keep clean and fully stocked
- Cook/Roll/Create dishes to business standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Be accommodating to staff members and work efficiently together
- Hold staff members accountable for work ethics
- Communicate with managers regarding workplace needs and concerns
- Have a car or reliable transportation to work
- Clean up workspace and close up according to business standards
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cook is a plus but will train the right person
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your job and quality of food you put out
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Multitasking skills
- Basic math skills
- Accurate decision making and delegation
