The MVMT Lab is looking for a passionate and driven Performance Physical Therapist to join our team. This role starts as a contract position with the potential to transition into a salaried role. We are seeking a therapist who embodies our culture—someone who goes beyond traditional rehab and truly gets to the root cause of movement dysfunction and pain. Our approach integrates performance-based rehab, functional movement training, and the key pillars of health: mindset, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a strong background in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Certifications Preferred: Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS), or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
- Dry Needling Certification is a plus.
- A deep understanding of movement assessment, injury prevention, and performance enhancement strategies.
- Passion for an active lifestyle and working with athletes or active individuals.
- Perform comprehensive movement assessments to identify mobility restrictions, strength deficits, and movement inefficiencies.
- Develop individualized treatment and performance plans that incorporate manual therapy, corrective exercises, and strength & conditioning principles.
- Educate and guide clients in recovery, sleep optimization, nutrition, and mindset strategies to support long-term performance and wellness.
- Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other health professionals to provide an integrative approach to care.
- Work with like-minded professionals dedicated to true functional rehabilitation and performance training.
