What You'll Do
Creative Leadership & Vision
- Define and drive the agency’s creative vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Lead the development of B2B-focused brand strategies, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency and market relevance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, strategy, account, digital, and media, to develop effective, integrated marketing solutions.
- Work closely with the CEO and participate as a member of the leadership team to focus on key strategies and growth initiatives for the agency, establishing yourself as a creative and influential leader of the agency.
- Help grow the agency’s reputation and awareness of it in the industry.
Team Leadership & Growth
- Establish ways of working that bring together different perspectives to increase the creative energy throughout the agency.
- Participate in selling work to clients and prospects that builds credibility and helps the agency meet its financial objectives.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of designers, copywriters, content marketers, and video producers to produce high-impact work.
- Foster a high-performance creative culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in AI, personalization, and digital experiences.
- Leverage martech, automation tools, and analytics to enhance creative effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to refine creative strategies and optimize campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in creative roles, primarily within a B2B-focused agency, with the most recent years in a leadership position.
- A dynamic portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative expertise, including innovative designs, compelling content, and strategic campaigns for B2B clients
- Strategic thinking that translates into business strategy and drives impact for our clients
- Experience leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand.
- A commitment to in-person collaboration and a strong desire to build relationships in the office several days a week
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
Compensation Range: $225,000 - $275,000 annually bonus potential. MX believes it will pay this pay range for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s experience, skills, and qualifications in addition to the requirements of the position. MX reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. MX also offers a competitive benefits package that includes generous vacation time, group medical, dental and vision plans, disability and life insurance plans, and a 401K retirement plan.
