In this role, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing solutions, help grow the agency's reputation and awareness in the industry, and establish our agency as a thought leader in the B2B marketing space.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in creative roles, primarily within a B2B-focused agency, with recent years in a leadership position.
- A dynamic portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative expertise, including innovative designs, compelling content, and strategic campaigns for B2B clients.
- Experience leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand.
- A commitment to in-person collaboration and a strong desire to build relationships in the office several days a week.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
