We're seeking an experienced Head of B2B Creative Strategy to join our team.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and driving our agency's creative vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing solutions, and helping to grow the agency's reputation and awareness in the industry.
- Develop and implement B2B-focused brand strategies, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Work closely with our content, strategy, account, digital, and media teams to develop integrated marketing solutions.
- Help establish our agency as a thought leader in the B2B marketing space.
- Collaborate with our CEO and participate in key strategies and growth initiatives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in creative roles, primarily within a B2B-focused agency, with recent years in a leadership position.
- A dynamic portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative expertise, including innovative designs, compelling content, and strategic campaigns for B2B clients.
- Experience leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand.
- A commitment to in-person collaboration and a strong desire to build relationships in the office several days a week.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
