Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, while also supporting our marketing efforts for seminars and continuing education programs. You will work closely with our team to help streamline operations and maintain a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare staff for daily tasks, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high-quality standards
- Answer and greet incoming calls from doctors enrolled in Dr. Naccarato’s coaching program
- Organize and coordinate seminars, including assisting with the creation of promotional flyers
- Develop and execute telephone marketing strategies for seminar promotion
- Attend seminars and follow up with all attendees regarding program sign-ups and post-seminar activities
- Edit and update the weekly newsletter
- Apply for and renew continuing education approvals as required
- Manage office supplies inventory and oversee restocking needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with telephone marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team leader.
