Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, while also supporting our marketing efforts for seminars and continuing education programs. You will work closely with our team to help streamline operations and maintain a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare staff for daily tasks, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Answer and greet incoming calls from doctors enrolled in Dr. Naccarato’s coaching program
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, including assisting with the creation of promotional flyers
  • Develop and execute telephone marketing strategies for seminar promotion
  • Attend seminars and follow up with all attendees regarding program sign-ups and post-seminar activities
  • Edit and update the weekly newsletter
  • Apply for and renew continuing education approvals as required
  • Manage office supplies inventory and oversee restocking needs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with telephone marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team leader.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 25 per week
