We’re seeking a dependable and personable Administrative Tenant Coordinator to support a busy office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and working in a collaborative office environment with a growing team!! Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support
  • Handle data entry, invoicing, billing coordination, and general reporting
  • Manage incoming requests from clients and ensure timely follow-up
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating updates
  • Keep internal systems and documentation up to date
  • Maintain a friendly and professional presence when interacting with clients

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: 25-27/hr depending on experience

Location: Fully onsite in Portland Monday-Friday (targeting 30-40 hours!)
