Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support
- Handle data entry, invoicing, billing coordination, and general reporting
- Manage incoming requests from clients and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating updates
- Keep internal systems and documentation up to date
- Maintain a friendly and professional presence when interacting with clients
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
- Must be able to pass a background check
