Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers
- Handle order processing, pricing agreements, and customer inquiries
- Maintain order management and CRM systems
- Generate reports and distribute price updates
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing
- Assist with PO review, respond to technical inquiries, and document quality incidents
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
