Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Create quotes, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing top-notch solutions
• Keep customer records up-to-date in the CRM system to ensure smooth operations
• Provide post-order support to build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
• Maintain a positive, professional, and responsive communication style with both customers and team members
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of corporate customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software programs
• Posses excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Exhibit a positive attitude, exceptional reliability, and consistent attendance as a valuable team member
  
  

Pay: 60-70k depending on experience

Location: Fully onsite in Portsmouth, NH
