Key Responsibilities
- Build out a more robust People Ops function, evaluating current processes and systems.
- Assess options for benefits administration, handle renewals, and explore potential transition from PEO (Insperity) to in-house benefits management.
- Bring compensation expertise to help develop salary bands and level set job families.
- Provide strategic input on HRIS (BambooHR), ATS (Lever), and compensation tools (Carta).
- Support scalability initiatives and ensure efficient people operations as the company grows.
- Senior-level individual contributor with strong People Ops/HR systems experience.
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, PEOs, and compensation planning.
- Strategic thinker who can evaluate and implement process improvements.
- Comfortable working with startup environments and scaling People Ops functions.
- Boston-based candidates preferred (onsite 2x/month if possible).
